At Londono Property Services LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, affordable, and professional service. Because we provide landscaping and handyman services rather than physical products, the following policy applies.
Estimates
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee if labor, travel, or materials have already been scheduled.
Weather Policy
For the safety of our customers and team, outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, including heavy rain, lightning, tropical storms, hurricanes, or other unsafe conditions. If weather affects your scheduled service, we will contact you to arrange the next available appointment at no additional charge.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Deposits
Deposits are used to reserve your project date and purchase materials when necessary. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided for completed work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and make every reasonable effort to resolve any workmanship related issues.
